Our guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it, hassle-free.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to request a return

1. Email us at ikerarmijos2007@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
2. For defective products, attach a photo or video of the issue.
3. We'll reply with the next steps within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions

We don't accept returns of used products, items damaged by misuse, or items without their original packaging (except for manufacturing defects). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
