Order processing

We process all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times & costs

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, customs, peak seasons).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to a wrong address, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
